Our reservation policy is as follows: We require a 14 day notification before your arrival date for a refund of your deposit. After the 14 day period no refunds of deposits will be returned, you will be charged the one night stay cancellation fee. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. All balances are due upon arrival.

Unit 8 & 9 are spacious rooms and offer a queen bed, full size sofa/sleeper can accommodate up to three adults, full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heat, WIFI, and color cable TV. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove top, microwave, under-counter refrigerator, bar sink, toaster, coffee maker, complimentary Green Mountain coffee, dishware, and cook ware. These units are exceptionally well maintained.
