Information |
short hike to beautiful water falls. another place with 50 shades of green. the hike is real easy and the trail is wide. the sound of the falls is amazing and it smells good out there The view to drive the West Side of Hood Canal is awesome, and just off Hiway 101 near Brinnon is the Dosewallips recreation area. About 3 miles up the road is a small parking area at Rocky Brook. Just walk across the road to the Power Plant building, up a short incline to the falls. BEAUTIFUL. Bring phone/camera...very family friendly. Wear comfy shoes. This is a short, easy walk to beautiful falls! You walk along a stream under the shade of mossy trees. The falls are incredible. It's quite rocky at the base of the falls and you have to do a little climbing to get right next to them. But the falls can be viewed without the climb as well!
