Wonderful stop to view the ocean with a great very nice small path hike around whale cove. Restroom and pet friendly. Please pick up after you pet. Bench along path to enjoy the ocean view and the sound of the water crashing into the rocks. Catch a whale sighting. Watch the some of the best Oregon sunsets.

This is the one place I am successful in finding a whale every time I go there. You just have to be patient enough. Whale cove is to the right of this area and there are trails that take you to the top edge of it. Once we actually saw a whale go into it. Seals visit the cove often. The area is always clean and it's usually not overly busy. If you can spot a whale boat tour, you will see a whale!!
