Must-Stop Views off North Cascades Highway! If you’re in the area, don’t miss a stop at the Washington Pass Observation Site. We stopped here during our drive through North Cascades National Park along Highway 20, North Cascades Highway. This is a beautiful area, well nurtured with a good parking area and restroom with access to a paved, fully-accessible, short trail system to enjoy the beauty of the mountain views.

The views of Liberty Bell Mountain, Early Winters Spires, and Kangaroo Ridge are just stunning, picture-worthy for just the nature or for selfies with your loved ones. The trail system itself is quite lovely with interesting pictures of trees and meadows. We loved this little stop and hope to return one day. Highly recommended!
