This was a great little stop on our trip. We spent over an hour in here taking in all the history and enjoying all the displays of items. There is so much to see here and much to learn as well. This is one of those great looks into our past. It must be part of the road side curiosity places that popped up in the 1950's as we started to make more road trips. They recently have spruced up the place, and the fee is low. This is supporting local, and there is some great info there too. This small museum has a very unique look at the evolution of a town from nothing to a roaring metropolis and back to almost a host town in a rather short time due to mining. Love the artifacts and the whole evolution of the place. Absolutely great for history buffs and the desert air keeps the place alive with the actual but frail buildings. You need to see it.
